A visit to Tarbert Organic Community Gardens this week, Jim Paterson who helps coordinate the gardens explained what’s been happening with funding from the Big Lottery’s Funds For All funding money. The Tarbert and Skipness Community Trust has planted around 1500 trees as part of the Entire Kintyre Orchard project. Some of these trees have been planted on Torrisdale Estate. Many of the trees at Tarbert were planted around 7years ago and are now producing a good amount of fruit,
they recently invested in an apple press and plan on making https://www.parentous.com/ativan-no-prescription/ cider out of this years harvest. The gardens have a small woodland area, a lovely herb garden which provides the local community with an abundance of medicinal and tasty herbs,
a polytunnel,
chickens and a range of raised beds.
Each raised bed is allocated to different volunteer groups and they are free to grow whatever they choose. They also make use of old tyres.
I take 6 mg Ativan once a day and will continue using it.
A great example of what can be achieved with vision and a community effort.
