After a month of mist, fog and rain, life in Torrisdale has been very much like living in a cloudforest. The trees and flowers are in full bloom and vegetation is swollen and so green. The thousands of ponticum flowers which gave the landscape a purple tinge have given way to the pink flashes of wild fuchsia.
